■ OVERVIEW
- Title : Essay Contest "My Dream, My Future"
- Why?
To encourage foreigners living in Korea and those studying Korean abroad to freely express their dreams and futures, and to share and encourage diverse voices within the Korean community - Who can Join? : Foreigners living in Korea or foreigners studying Korean abroad
- Contest Period : August 27th~ 6:00 PM on September 30th, 2024
※ To participate in the contest, you must sign up as a Famigo member
■ Who can Join & When will be the winners be announced
- Who : Foreigners living in Korea or non-Koreans studying Korean
- Language : Korean, English and any other languages
- Length of the Essay : Minimum 1000 words ~ maximum 2,000 words in Korean, 500 words ~ 1000 words in English
- Submission format : Txt, Word, pdf, or on the direct board.
- How to submit : Entry board on the Farmigo site "Go to contest board"
- Submission deadline : Midnight, October 1, 2024
- Winners will be announced on October 9, Hangeul Day

- Theme : "My Dream, My Future"
- Details
- Write freely about your dreams and future plans.
- Include your cultural background, your experience living and studying Korean, and what you hope to achieve through it
- No inappropriate content Details
- No political, religious, or ideological controversy
- No hate speech, discriminatory language, etc.
- Creativity : Encourage original ideas and expression
■ Judging Criteria
- Authenticity : We'll evaluate whether your submission stays on topic and shows sincere thought about your dreams and future
- Creativity : The way you express your dreams and your creative approach to planning for the future
- Expression : grammatical accuracy, clarity of expression, and flow of writing
- Cultural Diversity : Evaluate how your country's unique cultural background is reflected in your writing

■ Notice
- All submitted essay's sublicense will be both you and Famigo for 3 years.
- Entries may be canceled in the following cases :
Entries must be written by the entrant and have not been used in any other contest or competition
Entries using AI such as Chat GTP will not be recognized - Souvenirs and certificates for overseas participants are subject to availability
But the prizes for the first and second place winners will not change
