My experience with the skin tone test was smooth and comfortable. It took only about 20 minutes to sign a consent form, have photos of my face taken, have my skin scanned by a medical device, and take a short survey. The staff were friendly and guided me through the process in English. This was my first time participating in a skin research study, and I would gladly do it again if another opportunity arises!

All the staff could speak both English and Korean, so communication was very easy and convenient.
