위 3가지 사항을 파미고 상담사에게 설명하고 사고처리를 원한다면 아래와 같은 절차를 통해 손해배상이 이뤄집니다.
① Accident Report Writing & Delivery of Diagnosis
The client explains the circumstances of the traffic accident to their family member following the principle of "who, what, where, when, why, and how." Based on this, the family member drafts a preliminary accident report in Korean and delivers it to a professional loss adjuster along with a medical certificate issued by the hospital. The professional loss adjuster then reviews the accident report, makes a judgment, and explains the progress status to the family member in each country.
② Signing the Compansation Agency Agreement
The victim, with the consultation and, if necessary, the presence or mediation of a family member from the specific country, consults with the loss adjuster and signs a contract.
At this time, the agency fee for compensation is typically claimed as a success fee, with no upfront cost and typically around 15~20% of the compensation amount being claimed. If the case proceeds to litigation, an initial fee is incurred.
