1. Relaxation of Korean language requirements
- E-7-4 visa priority conversion is possible even if the Korean language requirements are not met until the special period (24.11.27 to 26.12.31)
- Those who do not meet the Korean language requirements must meet the Korean language requirements within 2 years of obtaining an E-7-4 visa
- Family invitations are available after meeting Korean language requirements.
- E-7-4 If the Korean language requirements are not met within two years of obtaining the visa, the extension of the additional period is limited to six months
1. 한국어 요건 완화
- 특례 기간(24. 11. 27. ~ 26. 12. 31. )까지 한국어 요건이 미충족되더라도 E-7-4 비자 우선 전환 가능
- 한국어 요건 미충족자는 E-7-4 비자 취득 후 2년 내 한국어 요건 충족 필요
- 가족 초청은 한국어 요건 충족 이후 가능.
- E-7-4 비자 획득 후 2년 이내 한국어 요건을 충족하지 못한 경우, 추가 쳬류 기간 연장을 6개월로 제한
2. Employment relief in the construction industry (indirect)
- Requirements for calculating the limit of the number of people allowed in the construction industry
- Approximately four times the number of E-7-4 employees in the construction sector
2. 건설업 취업 완화(간접)
- 건설업 허용인원 한도 산정 요건 재산정
- 대략 건설업 분야 기존 E-7-4 인원 대비 4배 수준의 상승 예정
3. E-7-4 Relaxation of Stay Requirements for Local Enterprises
- Difficulty in securing skilled workers for local companies due to preference for employment of foreign workers in the metropolitan area
- If the head of a non-metropolitan area is recommended, the requirement for the period of stay in Korea at the time of E-7-4 visa conversion will be eased from 4 years to 3 years
