What are you going to prepare first?
Actually, there is no correct answer between the two, but I recommend preparing TOPIK first.
The first reason is that it works significantly in programs to learn Korean life culture such as KIIP because it develops upgraded Korean language skills from EPS-TOPIK, and the second reason is that it can shorten the period of KIIP.
Since the KIIP program has a fixed time, office workers who are employed on an E-9 visa must coordinate working hours with the company or take classes on vacation. At this time, KIIP, which consists of a total of 6 steps and 515-hour units, is certainly a burden.
Even if you don't aim for an F-5 visa, it takes 415 hours to complete the KIIP stage 4, the highest point.
If you get TOPIK level 2, you can take the KIIP program from level 3, so you can solve the training with 200 hours.
Therefore, I think it would be helpful to prepare TOPIK first rather than KIIP program from a long-term perspective.
