On the 1st, the 'Regulations on the Recommendation of Start-up Korea Special Visa' were released.

1. What is Startup Korea Special Visa?
- Visa issued by the Ministry of Justice after evaluating the business feasibility/innovation of the Private Evaluation Committee pursuant to item "C" of the Enforcement Decree of the Immigration Control Act

- Submission of application for special visa recommendation
- Reviewing Requirements
- Holding a review committee (representative/applicant participation)
- Submission of examination results and recommendation of special visa
- Special visa application

- Other documents or materials requested by the operating organization
5. Precautions
- You must apply within 7 years of starting your business.
- It should be based on convergence of existing industries or industries that are expected to contribute to marketability, ripple effects, growth potential, and national economic development

- 창업 이후 7년 이내에 신청해야 함.
