Starting July 21, "People's Livelihood Recovery Consumption Coupons" will be available in Korea. Foreign residents can also benefit from this policy, with amounts ranging from a minimum of 150,000 won to a maximum of 550,000 won. However, not all foreign residents are eligible.
Today, we'll learn about these consumer coupons for livelihood recovery.
1. Expiration Date: Both portions (1st and 2nd) are valid until November 30, 2025. Unused amounts will expire automatically.
2. Area of Use: Applicants can use these coupons in their own residential area.
3. Where to Use:
- Local Love Gift Certificates can be used at affiliated stores.
- Credit, debit, and prepaid cards can be used in stores with annual sales of less than 3 billion won.
4. Eligible Industries:
Traditional markets, local marts, restaurants, clothing stores, beauty salons, optical shops, educational centers, academies, pharmacies, clinics, and franchise stores.
5. Eligibility for Foreign Residents:
- Individuals listed on a resident registration card with at least one Korean national, and who are health insurance subscribers, dependents, or recipients of medical benefits.
- F-5, F-6, and F-2-4 visa holders in households consisting only of foreigners, who are health insurance subscribers, dependents, or recipients of medical benefits.
To improve information accessibility for foreign residents, the Seoul Metropolitan Government provides details through foreign resident facilities and family centers. If eligible, please apply for economic support.

- 내국인이 1인 이상 포함된, 주민등록표에 등재되어 있으며, 건강보험 가입자, 피부양자, 의료급여 수급자인 경우
- 외국인만으로 구성된 가구 중 F-5, F-6, F-2-4 비자 소지자가 건강보험 가입자, 피부양자, 의료급여 수급자인 경우
서울시에서는 외국인 대상 정보 접근성을 높이기 위해 외국인 주민시설과 가족센터를 통해 안내를 제공한다고 합니다. 해당하시는 분들은 꼭 신청하셔서 경제적 지원을 받으시길 바랍니다.
