Hello.

This is Ciel from Famigo who delivers Korean visas and legal ceremonies every day.

Today, if you work part-time while studying in Korea, we will learn about the "permission for activities outside of your status of residence" that you must apply for.

In fact, not only international students but also other visa holders have to apply for it, so I'll organize it with common content.

1. Definition

A civil petition that allows a foreigner staying in the Republic of Korea to make a reservation for a visit to the competent immigration office or branch office where he/she intends to engage in activities corresponding to other status of residence in parallel with activities corresponding to his/her status of residence

2. Target

All foreigners staying in Korea

3. How to apply

- Application for a visit to the competent immigration office or the competent branch office

- Visiting reservation available (at least 1 day in advance)

4. Required documents and fees

- Application for permission for activities other than the status of residence (No. 34)

- Passport or alien registration card

- an entry permit

- Fees 120,000 won (but 60,000 won for foreign students and F-2 visa holders)

Usually, it takes about 3 weeks to 3 months to approve after applying, so it's better to prepare the data in advance.

For additional inquiries, please contact us through the Famigo Channel Talk and we will respond in detail.

We will try to make sure that you live a stable life in Korea today as well.

Famigo
