๐Ÿ”‘What you must know๐Ÿ”‘

1.D10-3 visa is visa for interns.

2. Becoming intern first then looking for a job can be better.

If you are a person who is thinking of work as a intern, you should check this.

D10-3 is a intern visa. Usually, there are no intern visa. However, there are some companies that can allow you intern visa, high-technology companies! If you can work in a company as a worker that is in the field related to E1 ~ E7 visa, you can get this visa.

This only works on interns, and you can apply this visa when you are are possessing D10-1.

If you have ever got D10-2 or E1 ~E7 visa, you cannot get this visa.

You can work maximum of 6 months per company, work in a company that can hire E1-E7 possessors, work 8 hours a day, maximum of 40 hours a week. You have to get more than minimum wage.

There are 2 things you must know.

1. You cannot get allowed in part-time job fields. Only full-time job field & field that is for experts are allowed.

2. You cannot work part-time job when you have this visa.

This visa is pretty tricky because both you and the company needs to fit all the criteria Korean government requires. You may get rejected depending on the criteria.

However, if you get this visa, you can get several benefits.

1. You can get extra fee from the company if they can give it to you.

2. If you want to go university, you can get it only with entry allowence document.

3. If you worked more than a year, got a job in the field same as your intern position, you will get benefits of getting E7 visa, having no limitation in degree, and work experience years.

4. If you are going to make a company related to the field you have done when you were a intern, you will get extra 15 points.(D8-4)

People in Korea is now having hard time looking for jobs. I think becoming a intern is another idea of both earning money and having experience.
