Today, the Ministry of Employment and Labor confirmed and announced the contents.

1. the delivery service
- Non-professional employment (E-9) and door-to-door employment (H-2) visas are allowed for up and down and classified occupations in the parcel delivery industry
- However, in the case of H-2, the Enforcement Decree of the Immigration Control Act is amended and enforced
2. restaurant business
- E-9 employment is allowed for kitchen assistants and single serving jobs of companies with more than five years of business among Korean and foreign restaurant businesses nationwide
3. Hotel condo business
- Non-professional employment (E-9) is allowed for cleaning workers, kitchen assistants, and hol-serving jobs directly employed by hotel and condo companies other than Seoul, Busan, Gangwon, and Jeju
- E-9 employment is allowed for general cleaning companies that sign consignment contracts with hotel and condo companies and meet certain standards
- However, only if the contract is more than two years in total and the remaining term of the contract is more than six months
4. Other
- When a foreign worker (E-9) changes his/her workplace, he/she is allowed to change between industries from manufacturing to service, etc

2. 음식점업
- 전국의 한식·외국식 음식점업 중 업력이 5년 이상인 업체의 주방보조원 및 홀서빙 직종에 E-9 취업 허용
3. 호텔콘도업
- 서울, 부산, 강원, 제주 외 호텔, 콘도 업체에서 직접 고용하는 청소원, 주방보조원, 홀서빙 직종에 비전문취업(E-9) 허용
- 호텔·콘도업체와 위탁계약을 체결하고 일정 기준을 충족하는 건축물일반청소업체 청소원 직종에 E-9 취업 허용
- 단, 총 2년 이상의 계약 및 계약 잔여기간 6개월 이상일 경우에만 허용
4. 기타
- 외국인 근로자(E-9)의 사업장 변경시, 제조업에서 서비스업으로 등 소수 업종으로의 업종간 변경 허용
