The previously provided translations also had a limited scope, so foreigners had to suffer inconvenience or pay separate translation costs in the process of filing complaints.
To solve this problem, the Ministry of Public Administration and Security has decided to officially distribute civil complaint forms in foreign languages.
The target languages were Russian, Mongolian, Vietnamese, English, Uzbek, Japanese, Chinese, Tagalog, Thai, and Khmer, and translated into 208 types of civil petitions frequently applied by foreigners, including family relations registration, resident registration, immigration and employment.
The translation will be distributed to local governments, central administrative agencies, public institutions, and multicultural centers, and can also be downloaded from the Naver Band of the Ministry of Public Administration and Security.
However, the civil complaint form is for reference, so please don't forget that you have to fill out and submit it in Korean on the existing form when you actually use it.

다만, 민원 양식의 경우 참고용이기 때문에, 실제 사용하실 때에는 기존 서식에 한글로 작성해 제출하셔야 한다는 점, 잊지 말아주세요.
