- 3 color photos taken within 6 months
- an embassy confirmation of a license / an apostille certificate
- Immigration Fact Certificate: From Birth Year to Present
- Fees: 8,000 won
- Physical examination fee: Class 1 license 7000 won, and 6000 won
3. Precautions
- You can apply for a change to a domestic license at the nearby driver's license test site.
- You can't get a license exchange by proxy.
- Temporary licenses, practice licenses, and driver's licenses cannot be exchanged and issued with domestic licenses.
- The embassy confirmation or apostille certificate must be issued within one year from the date of application.
