Yesterday, I informed you that the Ministry of SMEs and Startups will make unlimited recommendations for the E-7-1 visa until the end of the year.
Today, we would like to find out about the E-7-1 visa conditions.

  1. International Student Requirements

  • For those with a professional bachelor's degree: Must have graduated (or be scheduled to graduate) from a domestic junior college with more than one year of experience.
    (Career requirements are waived for employment in 24 occupations related to major subjects)

  • For bachelor's degree holders: Must have graduated (or be scheduled to graduate) from a domestic university with a bachelor's degree or higher, regardless of major.
    (Excludes Korea Communications University, Cyber University, and Technology University)

  2. Required Documents

  • Application for Employment Recommendation for Foreign Professionals
  • Pledge form
  • Consent form for the collection and use of personal and corporate information, and providing it to third parties
  • Company introduction
  • Business registration certificate
  • Small and Medium Business Confirmation
  • Financial statements (previous year's settlement)
  • Copy of the standard labor contract
  • (For web developers, designers) Employment insurance subscriber list
  • Copy of alien registration card and passport
  • Degree certificate issued within the last three months
  • Career certificate and license status for foreign professional personnel (optional)
