To be precise, it's a system improvement for foreign students with D-4 visas.

In response to the needs of the local community, the Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission plans to establish an excellent graduate education office-local government joint recommendation route" in the regional visa system "wide visa" that has been in operation since April so that some excellent graduates can receive the visa and work in Korea."
In addition, it plans to prepare institutional measures to protect the human rights of international students, such as verification measures for hiring companies.
