1. If one is working in a company that is based outside of Korea.

2. One who's nationality is not Korea.

3. One who has worked in the field one is working now for more than a year.

4. Earn more than Korean's GNI of the previous year.

5. Personal health insurance that vouches more than 100m.

If you fit these criteria, you can apply to this visa. One thing you should remember is that you cannot get a job in Korea. You need to get different visa that allows you work in Korea. 


Lastly, different from other visa, you can apply this visa when you are possessing C type visa, tourist visa.
