2. Target
- A person who has earned a master's and doctorate degree from a university ranked within the top 100 and has more than eight years of experience including three years of work for the world's top 500 companies, and is expected to work for a high-tech company in Korea with an annual earned income of three times more than 140 million won (approx

- F-2 visa granted to spouses and minor children of visa holders. Permanent residency granted after 3 years.
- Exemption from visiting the embassy or immigration office when entering Korea
- Grant K-Tech Pass benefits
(50% reduction in earned income tax for 10 years, allowing children to enter foreign schools outside the quota, expanding the limit of jeonse loans and guarantees to 500 million won, opening financial and telecommunication services, and providing guidance services to dedicated agencies for moving-in notifications)
- For high-quality talent with a master's degree or higher in the top 100 universities in the world, job search support is provided through priority issuance of D-10 visas even if employment is not confirmed
