The E-7 visa is one that has so many conditions.

Today, the Ministry of Justice has announced some changes to the conditions for these E-7 visas.
The wage qualification for the E-7 visa has been changed. Let's take a look together.
1. Changes in wage qualifications
- Existing: Over 35,240,800 won per year
- Revised
1) E-7-1 (professional manpower): KRW 28.67 million or more per year
2) E-7-2 (quasi-professional personnel): KRW 25.15 million or more per year
3) E-7-3 (general personnel): KRW 25.15 million or more per year
4) E-7-4 (skilled technical personnel): not less than KRW 26 million per year
2. Exclusion from application
A job in which the Minister of Justice sets different standards for wage requirements to protect people's jobs, etc
3. Application period: April 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025.
As wage requirements have been eased, more companies will want to issue E-7 visas.

2. 적용 제외 대상
법무부 장관이 국민 일자리 보호 등을 위해 임금 요건 기준을 달리 정한 직종
3. 적용 기간: 2025. 4. 1. ~ 2025. 12. 31.
임금 요건이 완화된 만큼, E-7 비자를 발급 희망하는 기업들도 많아질 것 같습니다.
