I. How many people can be changed?
This year, up to 35,000 people can get E7-4 visa. It is almost similar as last year, giving more chance to become a expert.

II. How long can one can apply to that?
You can apply to this from 1st of February of 2024 till 20th of December, 2024. However, one thing you need to know is that it is only for first 35,000 passers. So you should think about getting ready for that while you are doing it. For the applience, you can apply there as soon as you are ready.
2024년 2월 1일부터 2024년 12월 20일까지 신청할 수 있습니다. 그러나 알아두어야 할 한 가지 사실은 선착순 35,000명에게만 적용된다는 것입니다. 그러니 신청할 때 준비를 하면서 이에 대비하는 것을 생각해야 합니다. 신청자는 준비가 되는 대로 신청할 수 있습니다.
III. When you can apply?
Day of the week you can apply to depends on your year of birth. For example, if you are born in xxx1 or xxx6, you can only apply there on Mondays. Like this, there are 5 catagories.
- Monday: 1, 6
- Tuesday: 2, 7
- Wednesday: 3, 8
- Thursday: 4, 9
- Friday: 5, 0
Usually it should be applied online. But if you are in a special case, you can apply 7pm - 10pm on face.

IV. Criteria
In one sentence, you need to get over 200 points out of 300 points with other criteria.
You need to match up with 5 criteria. (It has changed recently)
1. You should have been in Korea for same of more than 4 years, working in your company.
2. When you are changing, you should earn your salary with same or more than 26,000,000 won/ year with more than 2 years of work in your work contract.
3. You should be working in your company more than a year when you are applying there. Also, you need to get "Employment Company Recommendation Letter" from your boss. Then you might ask, how many letter can a boss make in a year? It depends on employees. A boss can make 20% of letters from total employers. This letter is the most important letter because it also affects in your points(it gives 50 points, so it is huge.)
4. Salary point over 50pts and Korean skill level pts of over 50 is required. (Updated recently)
5. You need to get more than 200 point out of 300 points.

- 300점 중 200점 이상을 획득해야 합니다.

Even though you fit all these, if you have violated at least one of this below, you cannot change your visa.
- 1,000,000won or over of punishment
- Not paid tax(You can apply after you pay all)
- violated Immigration Control Act 4 times or more
- people who have done Illegal stay in Korea
- A person who can be recognized as having a risk of engaging in actions that harm the interests of the Republic of Korea or public safety.
- A person who can be recognized as having a risk of engaging in behavior that harms social order or social order or good morals.
이 모든 조건을 충족하더라도 아래 중 하나라도 위반한 경우에는 비자를 변경할 수 없습니다.
- 1,000,000원 이상의 벌금을 부과받은 경우
